Easy rolls salmon recipe

Ingredients
- Nori - 3 leaves, 20�14 cm in size
- Rice for sushi - 200 ��.
- Acetic mix for rice impregnation
- Rice vinegar (or wine) - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2-2,5 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Salmon light-salted
- A cucumber fresh - 1 piece
Directions of rolls salmon
- Rice is washed well out in cold water. Replace water several times.
- Pour rice into a pan and add cold water (to proportions 1:1,5 1 part of rice - 1,5 parts of water).
- Put a pan with rice on a plate, to cover, bring to boiling and to lower fire on a minimum.
